- 4-6 years of M&A experience
- substantial experience in public and private company mergers and acquisitions.
- Experience representing investment banks and financial advisors in M&A transactions would be beneficial, but not required.
- a strong academic background and superior drafting and negotiation skills,
- be willing to possess the ability to take on significant responsibility for deal management and work product,
- be diligent, pro-active, supportive and team-oriented
- and be admitted to the New York bar
Additional qualifications:
- experience with cross-border transactions, distressed M&A, corporate governance, takeover defense, proxy contests, joint ventures, strategic alliances and general corporate representations.
