The candidate must posses:
- 3-5 years of experience representing leading private equity funds,
- their portfolio companies and public companies in a full range of corporate transactions,
- including mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, leveraged financings, restructurings and reorganizations.
Strong academics and large law firm experience is required.
