Warehouse Associate / Machine Operator – 2nd Shift (Temp-to-Hire)
Location: Germantown, WI
Pay: Up to $23/hour
Job Summary:
SourcePoint Staffing is now hiring for a Warehouse Associate / Machine Operator role with a growing manufacturing facility in Germantown. This is a great opportunity for candidates with experience in warehouse operations, inventory control, assembly, and machine operation. Shift:
2nd Shift – 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate forklifts to move materials, stage orders, and support shipping/receiving functions
- Pull and process orders using pick tickets and barcode scanning systems
- Assemble units and parts accurately and efficiently to meet production standards
- Read and interpret shop orders and visual work instructions
- Perform inventory transactions using ERP systems and RF scan guns
- Use hand tools such as drills, routers, cutting tools, and finishing tools safely
- Operate bandsaws for trimming and material preparation
- Measure materials using tape measures, rulers, and other basic tools
- Maintain accurate production records, QC reports, and data entries
- Stage and prepare shipping loads safely and accurately
- Support warehouse organization and participate in 5S practices
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of forklift experience (required)
- Experience in warehouse, inventory, assembly, or manufacturing environments
- Familiarity with ERP systems and RF scanning technology preferred
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and stay self-motivated
- Comfortable reading and following written and visual instructions
