A fast-growing company in the creator space is looking for a Freelance Influencer Talent Scout to help source and recruit 20 emerging creators by mid-September.
This role is perfect for someone who spends a lot of time on TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube and loves discovering new talent.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify emerging influencers and creators
- Conduct outreach and build relationships with potential talent
- Recruit creators across lifestyle, beauty, moms, fitness, Gen Z, and multicultural niches
- Build and manage a pipeline of creator prospects
- Partner with leadership on talent needs and strategy
Qualifications
- Experience in influencer marketing, creator partnerships, talent management, recruiting, or social media
- Strong understanding of creator culture and social platforms
- Great eye for authentic, relatable creators
- Highly organized and self-motivated
