THE OPPORTUNITY
The ideal candidates will have sewing knowledge, with the ability to operate various sewing machines effectively. This role is important in ensuring the quality and efficiency of our production processes, contributing to the overall success of our operations.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
- Operate and maintain sewing machines to produce high-quality garments according to specifications.
- Perform garment construction tasks, including cutting, stitching, and finishing.
- Monitor production processes to ensure adherence to quality standards and make necessary adjustments.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to safety protocols and best practices in manufacturing.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions promptly.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Familiarity with various types of sewing machines is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or warehouse environment is preferred.
- Attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset are highly valued.
