About The Role – Who You’ll Work With ...

SourceAmerica is searching for Quality Management Advisor to p rovide leadership and drives the development, training, rollout, management, and evaluation of quality management systems (programs and processes) in support of Nonprofit Agencies (NPAs). Support key strategies, objectives, and initiatives emphasizing the delivery of quality services and products to Federal customers at fair market prices.

There are approximately 500 NPAs in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network that provide products or services through the AbilityOne Program and approximately 36,000 AbilityOne employees are in the SourceAmerica nonprofit network.

What You Will Do ...

• Collaborating with NPA members and customers to develop tailored tiered 1-3 support that includes Quality Assessments, Corrective Action Plans and Performance Improvement Plans. Supports the organization in sustainment efforts to achieve satisfactory outcomes.
• Mentor subordinate members of the team as in shadowing efforts in the field.
• Oversee and assist NPAs, Account Management, and Federal customers to ensure compliance with quality-related requirements on their contracts by providing content training on quality principles, tools, and techniques to improve performance and processes based upon data, assessment results, and customer/stakeholder feedback.
• Lead or assist with the development of appropriate measurement systems and metrics to enable departments to understand and manage their performance to meet business requirements.
• Manages or facilitates special projects or teams in support of company initiatives as directed.
  
  

Salary Range

The salary for this position falls in a range between $100,000 and $115,000 depending on your experience and geographic location in the United States.

What We’re Looking For...

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant business or technical field of study from an accredited institution instead of applicable skills training. SourceAmerica recognizes 1.5 years of experience = 1 year of college, should the candidate not meet the educational requirement.
• 10 years of experience in quality management and/or contract management.
• Experience working with NPA's serving individuals with disabilities.
• Working knowledge of quality control standards and measurement techniques.
• Ability to document processes and project plans through conception, development, implementation, and execution.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Business travel (35-50%) is required for this position based on business need.

• 15 years of experience.
• Experience with:
• Database management
• CMMS systems
• Project management
• Federal contracting / AbilityOne Program
• Certifications:
• ASQ (CQA, CQE, CMoQ/OE)
• CIMS
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) and Smartsheet.
  

Work Environment

Our organization offers both a hybrid work model—where employees work in our office two to three days per week and work from home the balance of the workweek—as well as a fully remote work model, depending on the job requirements.
