We are currently recruiting talent on behalf of our nonprofit network who has a position for a Custodial Team Member! This position is part of the AbilityOne Program. Candidates selected to be an AbilityOne participating employee must provide documentation verifying a qualifying significant disability, as required by U.S. AbilityOne Commission policies.

As a Custodial Team Member, you will ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service possible, playing a key role in ensuring that buildings and shared spaces are ready to be enjoyed by all.

WORK SCHEDULE & LOCATION

Monday - Friday, 5:30am-1:30pm. This position is available at 3 locations - Ft. Shafter, Wheeler Airfield, & Schofield Barracks. The selected location will serve as your primary worksite and, based on business need, you may occasionally be assigned to cover a shift at the other sites.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Perform custodial duties to maintain cleanliness and orderliness of assigned areas

· Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas

· Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors

· Empty trash receptacles and replace liners

· Dust furniture, fixtures, and surfaces

· Clean windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces

· Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed

· Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)

· Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cleanliness standards

· May have some company travel as scheduled to various locations-transportation provided

WHAT YOU BRING

· Previous custodial experience is a plus

· Knowledge of custodial practices and techniques

· Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently

· Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

· Must be flexible with work hours and schedule based on business needs

· Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects as required

· Good communication skills to interact with team members and supervisors

· Must be able to secure Military Base access

COMPENSATION

This position pays $20-$23/hr
