Marketing & Public Relations Manager

- We’re looking for a Marketing & PR Manager who can seamlessly shift between big-picture strategy and roll-up-your-sleeves execution. You’ll lead the development of integrated marketing plans—but you’ll also write the copy, build the briefs, and manage the deliverables that bring those plans to life.

Your Responsibilities Will Include
- Own the strategy and execution of integrated marketing campaigns—from concept through to delivery across paid media, content, digital, and PR. Translate product and brand goals into compelling storytelling that drives awareness, engagement, and conversion.
- Write and manage content across all channels—email, web, blogs, product copy, social—ensuring brand voice, clarity, and consistency. Support the sales team with high-impact assets including product sheets, sell-in decks, training materials, one-pagers, and campaign collateral. Collaborate cross-functionally with product, creative, sales, and leadership to align messaging and priorities.
- Manage external agencies and partners to deliver high-quality work—on brief, on time, and on budget.
- Conduct competitor and consumer research to inform positioning, messaging, and campaign strategy.
- Lead annual and campaign-level planning, including budgets, resource allocation, and performance tracking.
- Help shape the brand’s voice through influencer partnerships, earned media, and content that builds long-term equity.
- A strong background in brand strategy, content marketing, and campaign execution.
- Proven ability to switch between strategic planning and hands-on delivery—you’ve built the plan and then executed every part of it.
- Exceptional writing skills and creative judgment. You care about tone, clarity, and storytelling.
- Confidence managing cross-functional teams and external partners with precision and collaboration.
- Familiarity with supporting sales enablement in a B2B2C or product-driven environment.
- A working knowledge of consumer behavior, digital marketing, and what drives
- purchase decisions for considered purchases.

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience across brand management, product marketing, shopper marketing, or related functions.
- Proven experience leading and developing teams.
Salary : $85,000 - $95,000
