Responsibilities:
The right candidate will be responsible for supervising a new process production team. This individual must maintain excellent quality, sanitation, safety and production standards for the shift’s operation.
Communicate with team members from Sales and Operations to ensure product orders are being delivered on time and effectively.
Make certain that sufficient supplies and resources are available to meet the production standards. Ensure availability of adequate supplies and materials needed to meet and exceed productivity standards. Manage this team of employees by keeping them accountable for results to obtain certain goals and objectives. Adherence to GMP, Safety, and all other plant policies.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED and 3 years experience in a food or beverage production plant in a supervisory role.
- BS. / BA, Degree preferred not required.
- 3 years or more experience supervising a team of employees directly in a production environment.
- Strong preference to individuals who have worked in a refrigerated or climate-controlled environment.
- Ability to motivate and train people and monitor the safety & quality of the products produced and the safety of the employees managed.
- Must be currently authorized to work in the USA without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
