- Define and maintain enterprise data standards and integration protocols to ensure a consistent source of truth for key business metrics.
- Identify and resolve system bottlenecks, ensuring reliable reporting and forecasting with minimal downtime.
- Serve as a subject matter expert in enterprise architecture, mentoring team members on best practices and scalability.
Required skills
- 7 years of experience in business systems engineering, enterprise architecture, or a related integration-heavy role in a fast-paced environment.
- Deep technical expertise with Oracle NetSuite and Workday APIs, including experience managing complex data migrations or system overhauls.
- Hands-on experience with multi-dimensional planning tools like Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights.
- Proficiency in at least one major iPaaS platform (e.g., Workato, Tray.io, Boomi) and advanced scripting skills (e.g., Python, JavaScript, or SQL) for custom integration logic.
- Strong understanding of financial concepts (e.g., GL, procure-to-pay, order-to-cash) and HR lifecycles.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design architectures that balance long-term scalability with immediate business needs.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience in a high-growth startup environment preparing for public company readiness (SOX compliance).
- Familiarity with Salesforce (CRM) integrations and the broader lead-to-revenue ecosystem.
- Advanced certifications in NetSuite (SuiteCloud Developer) or Workday (Integration Consultant).
- Experience with data warehousing and BI tools (e.g., Snowflake, Tableau, or Looker).
