This role is responsible for leading change management and communications within the Project Delivery organization, ensuring alignment with the organizational change management framework used. From a change perspective they are responsible for capturing change impacts and developing mitigation plans and leader action plans to achieve successful organizational change and engagement. From a communications perspective they are responsible for developing and executing the in-function communication pla - n.An ideal candidate for this role will have experience as a change management and communications practitioner, who is comfortable with complexity and ambiguity.
