What are the responsibilities and job description for the Business Development Representative position at Source One Staffing?
Job Duties:
· Making upwards of 50 outbound quality prospect calls daily to grow both current and new business
· Taking inbound calls from current customers; reactivating customers, checking order status, providing quotes
· Answering and sending emails daily
· Entering orders and quotes
Qualifications (education, experience, personal attributes):
· Degree not required as this is more personality & proven track record
· Previous B2B phone sales experience preferred, but not required
· Ability to develop and nurture long lasting relationships
· Must be self-motivated and driven
· Strong work ethic and a high level of initiative
· Travel occasionally to territory
· Team player
· Competitive, flexible and resilient by nature
· Strong organizational and time management skills
· Someone who is highly motivated & who is money driven
Schedule: 8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour
