Material Handler
Pay: $18.00–$20.00 per hour (based on shift)
Shifts: Day & Night – Flexibility Required
Join a prestigious 3PL warehouse and distribution center supporting major retail operations. We’re looking for reliable, safety-focused Material Handlers who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to quality.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare products for shipment manually and using powered industrial equipment (motorized pallet jack, reach truck).
- Package customer products safely and efficiently following Line Lead and Quality Lead instructions.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices and report any noncompliance.
- Follow all company safety rules and support enforcement when needed.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
- Ability to lift 50 lbs regularly.
- Able to stand, walk, or sit for 10 hour shifts.
- Must provide and wear steel-toed shoes.
- Comfortable working at heights (Cherry Picker training provided).
- Strong verbal and written communication; bilingual Spanish/English encouraged.
- Must pass a background check.
- Must pass a drug test.
- No education requirement (no diploma or GED needed).

Important Note
Shift assignment cannot be guaranteed due to changing client needs. Candidates must be available for both day and night shift.
