Responsibilities:
- Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and basic engineering drawings
- Assemble products and components according to established procedures
- Use hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks
- Work with components ranging from larger parts to small detailed pieces
- Identify and report product defects when necessary
- Maintain accurate work records and documentation
- Handle sensitive materials and equipment appropriately
- Support additional production-related duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Experience using hand tools such as ratchets, wrenches, battery-operated or pneumatic tools preferred
- Ability to stand for extended periods during scheduled shifts
- Ability to regularly lift up to 20 lbs. and up to 50 lbs. with assistance when required
- Basic computer skills including email and electronic work instructions
- Strong attention to detail
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English
- High School Diploma or GED required
Schedule:
Monday – Friday
6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
