Source One Packaging, located in Hauppauge, is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Flexographic Pressman to operate a state-of-the-art narrow web press. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five years of hands-on experience and will join our production team. This individual must be committed to maintaining high standards of quality, efficiency, and safety while operating press equipment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain press equipment
- Monitor press performance and troubleshoot issues
- Complete routine maintenance and maintain accurate, detailed production records
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Work closely with prepress, quality, and finishing teams
- Ensure print quality meets client specifications and company standards
Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of inks, substrates, plates, and anilox systems
- Team-oriented with strong attention to detail
- Ability to read job tickets and follow production schedules
