Role Description This is a full-time hybrid Graphic Designer role based in Norton Shores, MI, with some flexibility to work from home. The Graphic Designer will create and refine visual assets for print and digital applications, including signage, branding materials, and marketing collateral, aligned with client requirements and brand standards. Daily responsibilities include developing design concepts, preparing production-ready artwork, and collaborating with sales, production, and pre-press teams to ensure files meet technical specifications. The role involves working within established brand guidelines, managing multiple projects with tight deadlines, and adapting designs for various large-format and specialty print processes. The Graphic Designer will also participate in internal reviews, incorporate feedback, and help maintain a consistent, high-quality visual identity across all client deliverables.

Qualifications
- Strong Graphic Design and Graphics skills for print and digital applications, with a portfolio that demonstrates high-quality, production-ready work.
- Proficiency in Logo Design and Branding to create and refine visual identities that align with client goals and brand guidelines.
- Solid understanding of Typography, including hierarchy, legibility, and type pairing for large-format and marketing applications.
- Experience with industry-standard design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign) and familiarity with pre-press and large-format production requirements.
- Ability to interpret creative briefs, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate or bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
- Experience in signage, grand format, or print production environments is a plus.
