Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Front Office Specialist at Source of Health, located in Scottsdale, AZ. The Front Office Specialist will be responsible for welcoming clients, managing appointment scheduling, handling customer service inquiries, maintaining an organized front desk, and ensuring effective communication. Additional tasks may include assisting with administrative duties and providing support to the medical team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Qualifications
- Strong Phone Etiquette and Appointment Scheduling skills to manage client appointments and inquiries efficiently
- Proven Customer Service and Receptionist Duties experience to create a welcoming and professional environment
- Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team members
- Proficiency in office management software and relevant tools is beneficial
- Ability to multitask, stay organized, and work in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in a medical or spa setting is a plus
