Responsibilities
- Perform thorough termite and wood-destroying organism inspections on residential properties.
- Document findings, create clear inspection reports, and communicate results to homeowners.
- Educate customers on prevention, treatment options, and long-term protection plans.
- Collaborate with sales teams and office staff to ensure smooth scheduling and follow-up.
- Maintain a high standard of professionalism, safety, and customer care.
