If so, we'd like to meet you!The Medical Assistant will be responsible for:-This is part-time work, if you need full time then probably not the best job for you- Phlebotomy (blood draws) of patients (2 Years of Experience Required) if you can't straight needle then don't apply as we do 10-12 sticks per day- Injections (Testosterone, Gonadorelin, B12 and other vitamins) - 10-12 of these per day- Checking patient vitals and recording in EMR- Ensuring all lab results are input into patient charts- Assisting medical providers with patient care- Greeting patients- Assisting in lab operations- Maintaining accurate records in EMR and adhering to all HIPAA Protocols.- Scheduling and confirming appointments for testosterone replacement evaluations, erectile dysfunction consults, follow up lab work, and other services via phone or text- Heavy Office Management work with computer experience required- Fielding questions, orders, and membership updates from patients via phone or text- Reaching out via text and phone to current and past patients and offering new and exciting specials- Maintaining professionalism and treating patients with respect while creating a welcoming environmentQualifications: Experience in a related field, such as medspas, urology, family practice, lab, endocrinology, gynecology or general practice is preferred.
