Title: Product Manager
Location: Boston, MA (Hybrid Onsite- 4 days)(Locals only)
Duration: 6 months contract

Must have Skills:
Strong data orientation - Comfortable writing SQL - Solid Python experience
BI / visualization exposure (Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Not mandatory, but candidates must be willing to learn quickly (a few weeks ramp‑up is acceptable)
Strong requirements gathering and stakeholder management skills
Requirements:
Should comfortably speak to foundational investment concepts, such as:
Equity investing basics
Corporate actions and what those mean in practice
What traders do day‑to‑day
Instruments like interest rate swaps
Philosophy is breadth over depth — strong general understanding vs. niche expertise
8 years of experience in Product Management, Business Analysis, or similar roles within asset management or financial services
Strong understanding of investment management workflows across front, middle, and back office
Comfortable with breadth over depth in asset management — able to discuss investment concepts clearly without needing deep specialization in one niche
Proven strength in requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and client‑facing communication
Strong SQL skills with expectation of hands‑on query writing
Working knowledge of Python
Experience participating in agile product or delivery environments
Highly collaborative, organized, and able to work across multiple teams simultaneously--
