- Manage inventory levels and ensure parts are organized and accurately stocked
- Coordinate purchasing of materials using Limble and Microsoft D365
- Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality
- Perform cycle counts and assist with year-end inventory audits
- Track inventory trends and adjust reorder levels as needed
- Maintain accurate work orders and inventory records
- Support warehouse operations, including unloading and stocking materials
- Collaborate with maintenance, procurement, and accounting teams
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Comfortable working with systems, data entry, and reporting
- Team player with good communication skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong safety-first culture (HSE)
