Pay & Perks
- $23/hour starting pay (minimal experience)
- Higher pay for experienced operators
- $3/hour night shift differential
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus

Schedule
- 2-2-3 schedule (12-hour shifts)
- Work only half the month
- Built-in days off predictable rotation
What You’ll Do
- Operate loaders, haul trucks, dozers, skid steers, and excavators
- Perform equipment inspections and basic maintenance
- Monitor operations for safety and efficiency
- Complete daily production and inspection reports
- Assist with plant cleanup and material handling
