Pay & Perks
- $22/hour starting pay with advancement opportunities
- $3/hour night shift differential (when applicable)
- $2,500 Sign-On Bonus
- Monthly bonus program
- 401(k) with company match
- 2-2-3 rotating schedule (12-hour shift, 5:30 PM - 6:00 AM)
- Work only half the month
- Built-in days off predictable rotation
- Operate equipment such as skid steers, dingos, telehandlers, loaders, and man lifts
- Monitor plant operations to ensure safe, efficient production
- Perform routine plant inspections and report issues
- Clean up material spillage (sand, rock, mud) and maintain clean work areas
- Wash down floors and properly dispose of waste materials
- Pull product samples and support quality control standards
- Safety-focused with a strong work ethic
- Reliable and willing to learn
- Comfortable in a hands-on, physical work environment
- Ability to learn plant operations and processes
- Strong safety-first culture (HSE)
