Location: Emeryville CA( Onsite role – Tuesday & Thursday )

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end SAP FI/CO engagements within the SAP S/4HANA environment.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure successful delivery.
• Provide functional expertise and best-practice guidance across all SAP FI/CO modules.
• Configure and support FI/CO modules including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, Cost Center Accounting, and Profit Center Accounting.
• Oversee financial process design and implementation, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Develop functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams for system enhancements.
• Create and maintain financial reports and analysis tools within SAP.
• Mentor and guide project team members to ensure collaboration and continuous improvement.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and issue resolution.
• Provide end-user training and post-implementation support.

Qualifications

• 15 years of overall professional experience, with at least 8 years in SAP FI/CO functional roles.
• Must have completed at least one full life cycle SAP S/4HANA implementation.
• Retail domain SAP (HANA) implementation experience is mandatory.
• Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
• Strong understanding of financial processes, accounting principles, and reporting standards.
• Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

Education

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.

Preferred Skills

• Hands-on configuration experience in SAP FI/CO.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
• Experience working in fast-paced, client-facing environments.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $70.00 - $80.00 per hour

Salary : $70 - $80
