• Client Consulting & Transformation

• Lead CXO-level engagements, workshops, and advisory sessions

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on AI strategy and transformation roadmaps

• Translate business problems into AI-driven solutions and executable architectures

• Support RFP/RFI, solutioning, and large deal pursuits

• Build strong executive and technical credibility with stakeholders

• Business Growth & Market Leadership

  Enable account growth and expansion through transformation initiatives

  Position differentiated solutions competitively in the market

  Build strong industry presence and brand credibility

• Technical (including GenAI) & Enterprise Architecture Leadership

• Define end-to-end architecture across applications, data, integration, infrastructure, and AI

• Strong knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud Platform)

• Drive decisions on scalability, performance, resiliency, security, and cost optimization

• Establish enterprise AI stacks and platform strategies

• Design and implement agentic AI systems

• Experience with MCP Connectors, vector databases and enterprise data ecosystems

• Ability to shape AI-driven opportunities and map business problems to AI solutions

• Strong Insurance / Re-Insurance domain expertise (preferred)
