Job Title: Salesforce Developer (Automation Experience)
Location: Albany, NY/only Locals

Mandatory Qualifications
7 years of experience working on complex IT projects.
At least 2 years in a leadership role as an Automation Engineer.
3 years of Salesforce development experience across products such as:
Service Cloud
Data Cloud
CRM / Case Management systems
3 years of hands-on experience in:
Configuring and customizing Salesforce solutions
Using declarative tools (Flows, OmniStudio, Validation Rules)
Developing with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)
Strong experience in automating business processes and case management workflows.
