Sales Operations Administrator

Job Description
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Sales Operations Administrator to join our team at our Mill Creek Office. In this role, you will support sales operations by maintaining accurate sales data, entering orders, tracking sales metrics, and generating insightful reports to help drive business decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Process sales orders, purchase orders, and transactions in our ERP system and backend tools.
- Support sales operations by maintaining accurate sales data, tracking sales metrics, and generating reports.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline sales processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in managing customer accounts, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues promptly.
- Utilize CRM tools to update customer information, track sales activities, and forecast sales performance.
- Coordinate with external partners and vendors as needed to support sales initiatives.
- Participate in sales meetings and contribute insights to improve sales strategies.
