Role: EXECUTIVE CREATIVE PRODUCER / MUSIC SUPERVISOR

Experience, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Must be able to produce clear and concise notes, deliver work accurately whilst meeting tight deadlines, and be able work on their own initiative
- Experience in film, advertising, TV or music is essential
- Ability to multitask and think ahead
- Ability to work within high-pressure environments with patience and professionalism
- Strong client management skills
- Strong team and collective spirit
- Ability to manage current and new business
- Thorough knowledge of Excel and Word
Duties and Responsibilities
- Produce long form and short form content for Soundtree USA including commercials, film, TV, records and sonic branding projects
- Oversee the production plan and workflow within the Soundtree LA team, encourage and ensure highest standard of craft and creativity
- Budget management including but not limited to creating estimates, project P&L, liaising with MD and finance manager on budget status
- Coordinate communication between LA and London studios to ensure smooth running across all projects
- Source, act as liaison to, and manage external talent, including independent producers, researchers, and performers and oversee all relevant admin
- Act as client liaison, building-on and developing client relationships
- Collaborate with senior management to help create new business opportunities in advertising, film and TV
- Creative music research to brief, source rights information, negotiate and administer corresponding licenses as required
