What are the responsibilities and job description for the Regional Sales Manager- Southeast position at SoundOff Signal?
General Position Overview
The main purpose of the role is to develop the brand recognition and increase sales of SoundOff Signal products in the Law Enforcement, Amber, EMS, and Fire markets by developing and implementing a strategic sales plan in conjunction with the Director of Sales and SoundOff Signal’s overall corporate financial objectives. We are looking for this individual to live in one of the following states: NC, SC, GA, FL, AL, TN, MS.
Essential Job Functions
Demonstrates SoundOff Signal’s Core Values in daily interactions with internal and external customers.
Responsible to identify, analyze, qualify, and pursue specified sales and profit margin targets and goals.
Responsible for achieving territory sales plan.
When applicable, responsible for managing sales plans and execution with District Sales Managers (DSM’s), Regional Sales Specialists (RSS’s), and Rep Groups.
When applicable, responsible for the management, development, and training of DSM’s and RSS’s.
When applicable, responsible for the sales performance for DSM’s and RSS’s.
Responsible for territory budget management.
Responsible for directing independent and distribution sales representatives working in the territory.
Identify, review, and onboard new distribution for SoundOff Signal products.
Work within cross functional teams to support sales and product development for the specified market(s).
Manage all aspects of the customer relationship and interactions.
Responsible for being product expert for SoundOff Signal products and systems.
Manage all aspects of prospecting activity within territory.
Manage accurate sales activity within CRM system- Salesforce.
Provide requested reporting and sales information.
Responsible for being the voice of the customer on product and installation feedback for your market(s).
Work with customer service and technical teams to support customer needs and resolve customer issues.
Ability to travel up to 50%, including some weekends.
Work in coordination with marketing to support sales and marketing campaigns.
Able to perform job consistently without excessive absenteeism or tardiness.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing. Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
5 years sales experience.
Experience with vehicle or lighting manufacturing beneficial.

Some level of domestic and/or international travel may be required
