Sounder Plumbing is seeking a licensed, experienced plumber to join our team on a part-time, contract basis. This role is designed for a high-level professional who can confidently handle jobs independently across service, demo, rough-in, and new construction work.
We are not looking for entry-level plumbers — this position is for someone with a proven track record who can be trusted to represent the company and complete jobs without supervision.

Responsibilities
- Run service calls independently from start to finish
- Diagnose and repair plumbing issues efficiently
- Perform demo and rough-in work
- Handle new construction plumbing tasks
- Communicate professionally with clients on-site
- Maintain clean, organized job sites
- Represent the company at a high standard
Requirements (Strict)
- Active plumbing license (Washington State required)
- Extensive plumbing experience (service construction)
- Ability to work fully independently with no supervision
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Valid driver’s license with clean record
- Professional communication and customer-facing ability
- Reliable, punctual, and accountable
