What You’ll Be Doing:Engaging the Community: You are the face of our brand! You’ll start conversations with homeowners at local events and retail sites.Setting the Stage: You aren’t selling windows; you’re selling the appointment. Your goal is to set qualified consultations for our Design Consultants.Problem Solving: Use your conversational agility to address customer needs and build trust authentically.Continuous Growth: Participate in coaching and role-playing to sharpen your skills and increase your bonus potential.
