Pay: $21.30 – $24.00/hour during training added Bonus or Commission & Earnings Potential upon Sales Transition

You’ll start with a structured, hands-on paid training program alongside our master installers. Once you understand the technical side of the trade, you’ll step into a full-time sales role equipped with the field credibility that closes high-value deals.
Career Path & Progression
- Phase 1: Field Mastery & Paid Training ($21.30 – $24.00/hr)
- Work on active jobsites with our senior installation team. Learn window/door mechanics, site measurements, building codes, and jobsite logistics so you can speak with authority to future clients.
- Phase 2: Sales Transition & Commission Acceleration
- Graduate to consulting with homeowners and contractors, generating estimates, leading product demonstrations, and closing deals with an added bonus or commission structure.
What You’ll Do
- Master product specifications, installation techniques, and field operations during your hands-on onboarding period.
- Transition into consulting homeowners, architects, and contractors on window and door solutions.
- Conduct site assessments and prepare accurate sales estimates.
- Build lasting relationships with local builders and homeowners across the greater Seattle area.
- Deliver top-tier customer service from initial consult to final project walkthrough.
