Role Description
We are seeking a full-time Technician for our on-site facility in Racine, WI. The Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting technical equipment and systems. Day-to-day tasks include performing routine inspections, ensuring equipment functionality, diagnosing issues, and executing repairs or replacements as needed. The role also requires accurate record-keeping of services performed and adhering to safety regulations and company standards.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency with equipment installations, maintenance, and repair processes
- Ability to perform diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical issues
- Strong understanding of safety protocols and compliance with equipment standards
- Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within a team-oriented environment
- Attention to detail and organizational skills for maintaining accurate service records
- Experience in working in a hands-on, technical capacity
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certifications are a plus)
