Responsibilities
- Install new irrigation systems using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as excavators when necessary.
- Conduct system inspections to identify issues and perform repairs to ensure optimal operation.
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute landscape maintenance projects, including lawn care and horticultural tasks.
- Assist with landscape installation projects, including planting, soil preparation, and layout design.
- Maintain a safe work environment by following safety protocols and properly handling construction tools and machinery.
- Perform routine maintenance on irrigation components such as valves, sprinkler heads, pipes, and controllers.
- Document work progress, system specifications, and repair details accurately for client records.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating hand tools, power tools, and construction equipment like excavators.
- Basic understanding of irrigation systems, landscape maintenance, lawn care, and horticulture principles.
