Am Law 100 Law Firm is seeking an associate to join their Business Litigation team in Indianapolis. This position offers the opportunity to practice in all phases of business litigation matters with a national and international client base. We are seeking candidates with a solid background and prior experience in complex commercial litigation such as contract disputes, business torts, class actions, antitrust litigation, merger and acquisition litigation, securities litigation, and corporate governance disputes. Successful candidates will have three to five years of law firm experience in a litigation-based practice with particular emphasis on litigation procedure, discovery, and e-discovery. Deposition, hearing and oral argument experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent academic credentials as well as strong organization skills, attention to detail, and writing and analytical skills are required, as is active membership in the Indiana bar.This is a hybrid opportunity with a salary range of $195-220k DOE plus bonuses.
