- We take pride in our well-established team at Presbyterian Rust of 33.5 physicians and 4 advanced practice providers (APP), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
- Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.
- Board-certified/eligible in family or internal medicine.
- Practicing physician preferred.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Full-time positions follow a 7-days-on, 7-days-off rotation.
- This is a 12-hour shift, 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
- Closed ICU – 10 beds. In-house pulmonary and critical care physicians are available for support. Intensivists are there 24/7.
- Hospitalists do respond to codes, but you are notified through cross coverage about rapids for your patients.
- EPIC EMR and access to Sound Physicians internal informatics platform.
- Manageable workload and manageable encounters.
- Rio Rancho is a suburban city located just outside of Albuquerque, NM with historical influences from the Native American, Spanish and Mexican people who have helped to shape the warm and economically robust community.
- Albuquerque hosts an annual International Balloon Fiesta and is one of many cities in New Mexico that is continually ranked among the nation's best places to work and live by Forbes magazine and Kiplinger's Personal Finance.
- Day Shift Rate is $1,829, Night Shift Rate 1 (13.5 hours) is $2,372.63, and Night 2 (12 hours) is $2,109.
- Daytime Base Pay of $334,000.
- Eligible for RVU and Quality bonuses.
- Full Benefits to include 401K and CME allowance.
