Local Team Collaboration

• Join our close-knit team of 35 physicians and 2 APPs at St. Michael Medical Center.
  
  

Qualifications

• Board-certified/eligible in internal or family medicine.
• Availability to commence practice in 2026 (not yet considering 2027 residents).
• Authorization to work in the U.S. (Sound offers visa sponsorship for qualified candidates).
• Open to H1b visa candidates with in-house visa specialists and filing fees covered. Not yet considering 2027 J1 candidates.
  
  

Scheduling

• We offer flexibility in scheduling and guaranteed shift obligations.
• Currently hiring for a primarily daytime role, swings, and dedicated nights
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• We work in a closed ICU setting with full intensivist support. Our team is not required to do procedures or run codes.
• Opportunity to teach Family Medicine residents on their inpatient rotations.

Rewards And Compensation

• The yearly base salary is $280K for full-time, along with opportunities for bonuses based on performance and growth.
