- We take pride in our well-established team at John Peter Smith of 37 physicians and five advanced practice providers (APPs), with the support of a clinical performance nurse and a practice manager.

- Participate in regular team meetings, held two to three times per week, discuss critical items, and engage in monthly regional meetings to review performance and address outstanding practice matters.

- 182.5 shifts a year, $1,370 for day shift, $1,499 for swing shift, and $1,720 for night shifts.
