We are hiring for both Hospitalist and Nocturnist positions, each requiring unique scheduling commitments. A Nocturnist role demands working exclusively overnight shifts, necessitating comfort with nocturnal schedules and the ability to provide outstanding patient care during nighttime hours.

Requirements:

• Board certification/eligibility in family or internal medicine is required.
• We support both H1 and J1 Visa candidates through our in-house visa specialists and licensing experts, covering all required filing fees and services.

Scheduling Flexibility:

• We offer multiple shift options: nights from 7 pm – 7 am or days from 7 am – 7 pm.

Key Responsibilities:

• We welcome complex cases, working in an 8-bed open ICU with 24/7 Tele-intensivist support.
• The ICU is closed, and our team doesn't perform procedures or run codes; a rapid response team assists instead.
• During day shifts, we have three physicians, one covering ICU inpatients, and one APP practicing independently.
• The nocturnist role has ICU coverage responsibilities, averaging 4-6 admissions.
• If you enjoy teaching, you'll work with medical students, APPs, and residents from MyMichigan Family Medicine residency, MSU, CMU, GVSU, and more.
