We are hiring for a nocturnist position. A nocturnist role requires working exclusively overnight shifts. Candidates must be comfortable with a nocturnal schedule and possess the ability to deliver exceptional patient care during nighttime hours.

- We take pride in our well-established team at Texas Health Presbyterian Dallas of 45 physicians and 2 advanced practice providers (APPs), with the support of a clinical performance nurse, a clinical performance associate, and a group coordinator.
- Work alongside a diverse group of professionals with backgrounds from all over the world. We are an integral part of our hospital community and a valued strategic partner, maintaining great relationships with hospital leadership and other physician groups.
- Outside of work, we come together for social events to celebrate special occasions and share common interests like food and sports.
- Board-certified/eligible physician assistant.
- We are open to new graduates.
- This is a full-time nocturnist position.
- Full-time positions follow a 7-nights-on, 7-day-off rotation.
- We understand the importance of spending time with family and enjoying the outdoors. That’s why we offer a flexible schedule that allows for work-life balance. Our team covers for each other when anyone is out, ensuring that you can enjoy time off without worry.
- The first 4-6hrs we have a remote APP taking the pager call from home. If a bedside eval is needed, then they forward the message to the in-house night APP. This allows the in-house APP to make the pt assignments for all the docs the next day. Average of 3-5 bedside calls a night and probably 50 pages.
- Closed ICU with 24/7 Intensivist on staff and excellent sub-specialty backup- No procedures required.
- Located in a fantastic location just North of Downtown Dallas. You have a variety of communities to choose from in both North and South Dallas. Great Schools, strong housing market, and a diverse job market. There is an array of family activities so you can have something to do each day of the year!
- Enjoy an average of 245 days of sunshine and have access to over 25 city parks, 5 huge lakes, more than 20 golf courses, and dozens of restaurants and shops. Also known for its arts scene, Dallas offers concert venues, off-Broadway shows, museums, and galleries.
- Annual compensation - $145K.
- Eligible for the quality and productivity bonus.
