Local Team Collaboration
- Join our collaborative, close-knit team of 6 physicians and 5 APPs at Sweetwater ER.
- Work alongside a diverse group of clinicians with a wide range of expertise and experience.
- Provide care across three sites in the Aiken area, including Aiken Regional Medical Center, Sweetwater ER, and our new Martintown Road ER location opening this fall.
- Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools.
- Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts.
- Board-certified Nurse Practitioner.
- 1-2 years of emergency medicine experience.
- A collaborative team player with a patient-centered approach.
- Authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible scheduling and opportunity to work between 2 FSED's and Aiken Regional.
- Opportunities for part-time and full-time roles, accommodating your professional and personal needs.
- Provide coverage for Sweetwater ER.
- Manage all aspects of community emergency medicine, collaborating closely with colleagues and consultants.
- North Augusta is part of the greater Augusta metro area and sits directly across the river from Augusta.
- Offers a lower cost of living with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment throughout the Augusta area.
- Located within driving distance of Columbia, Charlotte, and the South Carolina/Georgia coast for weekend travel.
- Compensation: W-2 status with competitive hourly rate, benefits, and malpractice with tail coverage.
