Key Responsibilities
- This role involves working alongside a provider in the clinic to support patient care, assist with procedures, and help ensure smooth day-to-day clinical operations.
- Prepare patients for examination by taking vital signs, documenting medical history, and reviewing current medications.
- Assist providers during exams and minor procedures.
- Collect and prepare laboratory specimens
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the electronic medical record (EMR) system.
- Answer phones, respond to patient inquiries, and route messages appropriately.
- Schedule patient appointments and follow-up visits.
- Process referrals, prior authorizations, and prescription refill requests.
- Competitive pay: $20–$28/hour, based on experience

- Mon–Thu: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
- Fri: 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM

- Must be able to travel between Silverdale and Gig Harbor offices

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with EMR systems and general computer use
