Position Overview
We are seeking a full-time, permanent Maintenance Technician to handle a variety of maintenance and repair tasks across multiple residential properties. This role is ideal for someone who is hands-on, dependable, and takes pride in keeping properties in good condition.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare homes for new tenants (turnovers), including repairs, cleaning coordination, and inspections
- Respond to and complete tenant-submitted work orders in a timely manner
- Perform routine maintenance and preventative upkeep on interior and exterior of properties
- Handle basic repairs including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and appliance issues
- Maintain landscaping and exterior areas as needed
- Inspect properties periodically to identify maintenance needs
- Ensure all work is completed safely and up to standard
Qualifications
- Previous maintenance, construction, or handyman experience required
- Working knowledge of general repairs (plumbing, electrical, roofing, or carpentry, etc.)
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Compensation
- Hourly pay starting at $25/hour (based on experience)
- Consistent, full-time year-round work
