Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Installer at our Huntington, NY location. The Installer will be responsible for installing and configuring high-quality audio and home theater systems tailored to client needs. Day-to-day tasks include setting up, testing, and troubleshooting audio systems, ensuring proper functionality, and educating clients on system use. Collaborative work with team members and interactions with clients in their homes or business spaces are essential components of this role.
Qualifications
- Technical proficiency in audio system installation, wiring, and troubleshooting
- Experience with configuration and calibration of audio and home theater systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work with tools and equipment typical for audio system installation
- Excellent communication skills for explaining system operation to clients
- Customer service experience and a commitment to client satisfaction
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting and independently
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally for installations
- Experience with high-end audio equipment or a passion for music is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or training are a bonus
