Position Summary
We are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently positive customer experience. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, problem solver, and team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and/or chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues, researching solutions, and following through to completion
- Accurately enter and update customer information in internal systems
- Process orders, returns, exchanges, credits, or adjustments as needed
- Communicate clearly with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Follow established procedures while maintaining flexibility to handle unique situations
- Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge
- Contribute to a positive team environment and support continuous improvement efforts
Qualifications & Skills
- Knowledge of the Glass / Glazing / Window industry preferred, but not required
- Previous customer service experience preferred but not required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities
- Ability to remain calm, professional, and empathetic in challenging situations
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency with basic computer systems and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
