Customer Service Representative – Glass / GlazingLocation: On-siteDepartment: Retail DepartmentReports to: Retail Department ManagerPosition SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, customer-focused Customer Service Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for our customers. This role is responsible for providing accurate information, resolving issues efficiently, and delivering a consistently positive customer experience.
