Project Management Business Analyst Intern

Sound Credit Union is currently seeking a Project Management Business Analyst Intern for our 2026 Summer Internship Program! In this role, you will work with the Project Management team to implement new solutions and improvements. Your Compensation:Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $20.00 - $24.00.

What You’ll Do:Responsibilities:

• Learn the fundamentals of Project Management and Business Analysis.
• Follow the lifecycle of a project by helping define the scope, gathering the business requirements, documenting the process, creating test scripts, and managing the testing.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Must be enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program and have completed one full year of study.
• Preferred majors/programs: Business Analytics, Communications, Project Management
• Must be 18 years or older.
  
  
  

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
  
  
  

Our Hours: Our interns can work anywhere form 20 – 40 hours a week depending on your availability and our team’s needs. A typical schedule for this role is a hybrid schedule Monday – Friday, 8:15 AM – 4:45 PM.In your role you will have the ability to combine in-person and remote work.

Our Hiring Process:

• Applications accepted through March 6th
• Candidate screenings in March and April
• Offers are expected to be made in April
