Your Compensation:

Our pay ranges are built to allow for candidates with various levels of skill and experience to be considered and provide room for growth over time. The target salary range for this position is $84,400 - $105,500 depending on previous experience and education. The full salary range is $84,400 - $126,600.

What You’ll Do:

Responsibilities:

• Guide the Loss Management department in providing quality service to members in account collection.
• Direct the team in effective delinquency control and follow-up programs for the purpose of minimizing losses to the Credit Union.
  
  
  

Requirements:

• 3 years related management experience in collections, preferably in a financial institution or the appropriate combination of education and experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field, or 5 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  
  
  

In addition:

• Must be bondable.
• Employer sponsorship to secure or maintain employment authorization is not available.
  
  
  

Our Hours:

A hybrid schedule Monday – Friday, 8 am – 5 pm.

This position works 40 hours per week as business needs dictate.

This position is eligible for full-time remote work.
