Job Title: Enterprise Account Executive
Location: Remote (U.S.-based)
Compensation: $90,000–$120,000 base salary uncapped commission (OTE ~$180,000–$240,000)
Overview
A high-growth, venture-backed technology company is seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive net-new revenue and expand strategic accounts. This role focuses on selling complex SaaS solutions into enterprise organizations, working cross-functionally to deliver high-impact outcomes for clients.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for enterprise-level accounts in net new logo team
- Identify, engage, and build relationships with senior stakeholders (VP, C-suite)
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to penetrate and expand target accounts
- Lead discovery, solution positioning, and value-based selling aligned to client business objectives
- Manage complex deal cycles with multiple stakeholders and long sales timelines
- Partner with Sales Engineering, Implementation, and Customer Success to ensure seamless handoffs and successful deployments
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and forecasting within CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets
Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B SaaS sales experience, with a strong focus on enterprise deals
- Proven track record of exceeding quota in complex, multi-threaded sales environments
- Experience selling into large organizations (e.g., Fortune 1000 or equivalent)
- Strong business acumen with the ability to align solutions to executive-level priorities
- Skilled in navigating procurement, legal, and security processes
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Preferred Experience
- Background in HealthTech, FinTech, or other regulated industries
- Familiarity with MEDDICC, Challenger Sale, or similar sales methodologies
- Experience selling alongside partners or through channel ecosystems
