What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mental Health Therapist position at Soul Work Counseling?
By joining Soul Work Counseling, you’ll be part of a team dedicated to helping clients become their best selves. We create warm, inviting spaces of care while valuing the unique strengths of each client. Our therapists use personalized treatment plans that align with the client’s individual goals.
We are looking for a fully licensed therapist, including LMFT, LICSW, LPCC and Licensed Psychologists for our private practice setting or as an independent contractor. Both full and part-time positions are available.
At Soul Work Counseling, we understand the importance of a work-life balance. We offer flexible options for remote and hybrid work arrangements, allowing therapists to work from home part-time and or in the office. We prioritize the well-being of our team, and our quiet and welcoming office space fosters a great working environment.
We have an administrative staff that is dedicated to working on billing, credentialing, and answering phone calls so you are able to be there for your clients that need your time the most. This is available to both 1099 and W2 positions.
